Terms and conditions

Published prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Stock is updated in real time, but a reservation is only confirmed once an advisor validates availability and payment.

Online reservation requests are free of charge. A reservation is held for 48 hours with a deposit; after that, the merchandise returns to inventory.

Liquidation policies

Liquidation pallets and lots are sold with an informational manifest. Contents may include retail returns and items with cosmetic marks. Because they are sold as a lot, individual item exchanges do not apply.

We recommend inspecting in person or by video call before paying.

Open box and refurbished warranty

Open box and refurbished items include a 30-day functional warranty at the warehouse from delivery. It does not cover misuse, improper installation or voltage fluctuations.

Factory-sealed new products keep the manufacturer warranty.

Sonora Home Outlet, located at Libramiento Guaymas Km 4.5, Parque Industrial, Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We collect name, phone, email and city solely to follow up on quotes, reservations, invoicing and deliveries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except carriers to complete shipments.
