We are at Libramiento Guaymas Km 4.5, Industrial Park, ZIP 85400, Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. Open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 18:30. No appointment needed.
What does Open Box mean?
Open Box is merchandise whose box was opened (display, unused return or inspection). Every item is inspected and tested at the warehouse before sale, and its real condition is shown on the product page.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Open box and refurbished items have a 30-day functional warranty at the warehouse. Factory-sealed new products keep the manufacturer warranty.
How do I reserve a product?
Add products to your cart and send a reservation request. You will receive an order number and an advisor will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm payment and delivery. You can also reserve directly on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit and credit cards at the warehouse, and SPEI bank transfer. We issue Mexican CFDI 4.0 invoices.
Do you ship outside Guaymas?
Yes. We offer consolidated freight to Hermosillo, Obregón, Navojoa and Northwest Mexico, plus national parcel shipping for smaller items. San Carlos and Empalme are minutes away for pickup.
